So I could not be any happier with the whole process. The end result was an amazing ring, completely unique and my Fiancée has referred to the ring as perfect. Gopi made the whole process so comfortable, so enjoyable and I would recommend that anyone looking to design a bespoke ring go to this shop and ask for Gopi. The shop look for a return service, rather than a massive profit on each ring and you can really feel it in their treatment of customers. The price was also perfectly managed with my budget in min. This is so important when designing a bespoke ring and was greatly appreciated. I went in with no concrete ideas and Gopi was very patient, so helpful using his wealth of experience and wasn’t afraid to say when he thought something was or wasn’t a good idea or when things were overlooked. This was the first shop I started the process of designing my Fiancee’s engagement ring with and knew from the first moment meeting Gopi that I was in safe hands and that I didn’t need to go to another shop.

It genuinely felt like Ahmed was excited for us to get the ring too which was lovely - a lovely, lovely guy. I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process through email and WhatsApp and they kindly let me collect my ring just in time for Christmas on Christmas Eve. He truly was helping us find what suited me best and that was brilliant. It was a pleasure to ask for Ahmed's opinion throughout the process on what he thought looked best, trusting that he wasn't trying to sell us the more expensive option.
It felt like we were speaking with a true expert and he made us feel so relaxed. Naturally a little apprehensive before visiting, Ahmed took the time to understand what we were looking for and he was so patient whilst we tried on different designs, diamond sizes and settings. From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left with the ring, the process was made incredibly special for us. Thank you Ahmed!
